    England have conquered all before them to set up what could be a Grand Slam decider with France on the final weekend.

    The Red Roses scored 14 tries to sweep aside Ireland in their penultimate game as Abby Dow and Ellie Kildunne both scored hat-tricks.

    Natasha Hunt, Meg Jones (2), Zoe Aldcroft, Jess Breach (2), Sadiya Kabeya and Maddie Feaunati were the other try scorers.

    Unbeaten France can set up a Slam decider with England if they beat Wales away on Sunday.

  4. Red Roses 'flick the switch'

    England's forward coach Louis Deacon, speaking to BBC Two: "The girls never seize to amaze us with their performance.

    "They keep getting better and just the way they go about their business is incredible.

    "It came all together today."

    "The mindset changed this week as we know what is coming down the line and the girls like to say 'flick the switch' - you saw that out there today."

    On discipline: "To be honest I am frustrated we conceded there and we took the hit.

    "Lucy Packer was trying to stop them from going over and disappointed we conceded the one try.

    "We do prepare for scenarios so if that unfairness does happen we are ready for it.

    "In Italy in the first round with two people in the bin we were ready for it - it is the way the game is."

    Ireland head coach, speaking to BBC Two: "The Irish girls are a young group, there is a number of caps. We have got to learn coming into a occasion like this, the girls need to learn how to handle the occasion.

    "We knew where we were and we are taking steps to where we want to get to - it was a bruising first half."

    "Ireland have not scored a point against England for three years so it is a small win.

    "They [Ireland] were on the back-foot and it makes it hard off the line and we were looking for energy.

    "The penalty [converted three points] come off the back of good phases. We will take our learnings from this we have a big game next week and a great thing about sports is we get to go again.

    "We have to keep on being positive."

    Jones, said: "At the beginning we said we wanted to attack as one team and I cannot believe Ellie Kilddune has got man of the match again!

    "As one team everyone did their role extremely well."

    Dow, added: "We have a real drive in our team right now. We will never take our foot of the gas and we always want to do more.

    "The fact that every person is doing every job on the pitch. We are still playing rugby and it is incredible to be a part of. "

    England's player of the match Ellie Kilddune, speaking to BBC Two: "We are so happy to play in front of this crowd at our home stadium.

    "No discredit to Ireland, but we really turned it on when we needed to and it become running rugby everyone knew their role - it was enjoyable."

    On John Mitchell's impact: "We talk a lot about taking the handbrake off and that feeds confidence.

    "We try new things and good things come from it, he [Mitchell] gives us bags of confidence and belief - then we just go do our thing.

    "With a game like today, confidence leads into the next week. We don't think too far ahead and we have got to focus on the now.

    "We have to enjoy what's happened, we are taking it as it comes."
