Clarification of Chatham Announcement Concerning the Fast Tracking Process for the Chatham Rise Phosphate Project

 

WELLINGTON, New Zealand – Chatham Rock Phosphate Limited (TSXV: NZP, NZX: CRP , Frankfurt Borse: 3GRE) advised on April 9, 2024, that the Company had been requested by the New Zealand government to make an application for the Chatham Rise rock phosphate project to be considered as a listed project in the Fast Track Consenting Bill (the Bill) to be put to Parliament.

 

We have been asked to make it clear that numerous other parties have received the same invitation by the Government and that our invitation was not exclusive.
