Employment fintech PaySauce (NZX: PYS ) announces the addition of Jessica McLean into the new role of Chief People Officer. McLean will strengthen the existing leadership team and take command of the people side of the business from 31 October 2022.

Coming from the People and Capability Manager role at Catalyst IT, McLean brings extensive people experience and skills with her. CEO, Asantha Wijeyeratne, said that the need to reinvest for long term growth starts with people:

“People are at the heart of everything we do. To deliver on our growth aspirations, we need dedicated focus on attracting and retaining awesome people. Jess has been through this stage with Catalyst - she is the perfect person to lead that evolution for us as we continue to expand domestically and overseas.”
