A fire that engulfed a building in the Tasman town of Motueka yesterday is now being treated as suspicious.
Several people were briefly trapped when the blaze broke out on Greenwood Street.
The police are asking for information from the public, particularly anyone who was in the area between 6:45 and 8:30 yesterday morning.
