Australian company Spotless Group will trade on the NZSX as a dual listed company from Monday after taking over dry cleaning company Taylors Group.
The firm's shares will continue to be quoted on the ASX. Major food service contracts in New Zealand include Eden Park, Westpac Trust and AMI stadia, Auckland and Dunedin airports and Auckland Zoo.
It has 2068 cleaning contracts at 2737 sites.
It also has 2068 laundry contracts and major clients include Air New Zealand, SkyCity, health boards and hotel groups.
The company is the seventh largest employer in New Zealand.
