Anna Scarlett and Susan Blundell have continued their bid for a spot at the beach volleyball world championships with a fighting performance in Seoul. They downed Spain 16-21, 21-17, 15-10 before losing to the Russian combination 21-23, 25-23, 12-15 in the qualifying round. They went through as lucky first losers to lose another close match against the Norwegians 16-21, 21-23.
